"Come to me"

Summer Camp 23

As the world thrusts you into a dispensation of terror saying "go on, you've got no one but yourself", to your broken heart comes the sweet voice that says: "come to me"

No matter what your burden, He invites everyone, without restrictions.

There is a bridge over the abyss and on the other side the master says: “come, I will let myself be found by you and after that I will send you out for others to find me.”

So come to me, it wasn't you who chose me, it was me who chose you.

What is your response to that invitation?

which is

SUMMER CAMP?

The EMF s a short-term missionary school focused on awakening young people and adults dedicated to the call of God within the reach of all nations on Earth, both in the mission field in an integral way and in the spheres of society.

During a 15-day vacation break, people from different parts of Brazil and the world will be trained to take the gospel to the lost in an intentional and creative way.

The school's training is divided into two parts, being lecture and outreach. In the lecture phase the participant will have classes with missionaries who are active in the field and in the spheres of society, making room for greater knowledge and God in addition to growth in faith and character.

The training also includes workshops that will be tools for the outreach phase.
The lecture phase will provide the participant with an effective experience in the mission field, getting involved with ministries of evangelism, relief and mercy.

Lecture Phase

In the first week (lecture phase), you will have classes here in our base with topics such as Evangelism, Holiness, Sexuality, Meditation, Identity, Praise and Worship and others;

Outreach

For the outreach you will go with a team and a leader to a church in a city in the region. During this second week you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned in evangelism, street impacts and service to the church.- Evangelism

The aim of the school is to enable the participant to broaden the vision of Missions by knowing the heart of God for the Peoples, to open paths for connections with missionaries who are active in various places around the world. In addition to instructing the participant in the possible mobilization of their local church—expanding and enhancing the body of Christ in fulfilling the great task of bringing the Kingdom of God and taking the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Classes are aimed at understanding the Biblical basis of missions, the mission of God, evangelism dynamics, in addition to classes such as Character of God, Fear of the Lord, Importance of the Word

WEATHER
Curitiba localiza-se em um planalto, e o
Curitiba is located on a plateau, and the flat terrain with flooded areas contributes to its mild and humid winter with an average temperature of 13 °C in the coldest month, sometimes dropping below 2 °C on colder days. So prepare well as you start packing. Make sure to bring a blanket. During the summer, the average temperature is around 21 °C, but it can rise above 30 °C on hotter days.

ACCOMODATION
Accommodation at YWAM CCL is divided as follows; all single students are accommodated in rooms with 5-12 people. Each one must be mindful of cleaning their personal space, common room and two shared bathrooms. Families and couples are accommodated in an apartment with a common living room and kitchen, the bedroom and bathroom being private, the apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, stove and limited storage space; cleaning and ordering is the responsibility of the students.

ELECTRICITY
It is very important to check the voltage of your personal electronics before you bring it, as our voltage here is 110V. Another important point is that we have a restriction on the use of electronics with resistance such as (flat iron, dryer, microwave, etc.) between 18:00hr and 21:00hr, the use of these electronics at these hours is prohibited.

TRANSPORTATION
Our location is in a region of farms in Piraquara (which is part of the greater Curitiba). Transport is mostly done by car, Uber, or the city bus (the stop is a 20 minute walk from the base). There is also the option of utilizing the base car--on conditional availability of hours due to use in the works, and also at a variable cost.
